Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall II: Rise Of Power is a massively multiplayer game developed by Cartoon Network and Grigon Entertainment. FusionFall uses the Unity Engine as its client technology basis.

For the first year, the full game required a subscription; free accounts could only access a portion of the content. It was originally scheduled to be released in December 2011, but the release date was pushed back to July 19, 2012. The game became free-to-play on March 3, 2013.

On the current FusionFall website the Cartoon Network administrators asked everyone if they would take a survey asking what they would like to see in the new game. The survey results were as follows:

New Levels: 782 New Areas: 569 New NPCs: 365 Other: 207

After the hero destroys Fuse, everyone thinks he is permanently gone and decides to have a party in Orchid Bay. Only Dexter and Mandark stay back and remain in Tech Square. Dexter and Mandark believe that Fuse is not really defeated. This is proven when a surprise attack on Orchid Bay occurs. The Hero, along with other NPCs, must try to fight their way out of Orchid Bay because Fusion Matter in the water is building up and threatening to destroy the land. When the hero barely makes it out and Numbuh Five and Bubbles have been destroyed in the fight and the Fusion Matter is devastating the land, the characters have really nowhere to go. Dexter is developing a new device that would let the hero fly onto Planet Fuse and go inside the planet and attack Fuse head on.

Mandark is developing a special suit that lets the hero absorb Fusion Matter without taking any damage to the suit or the wearer. Next, along with Ben, Numbuhs One and Four, and Buttercup, the hero is taken as part of a special unit to attack Planet Fuse directly. When the hero arrives, the hero finds out that Planet Fuse is a lot like Earth. Off in the distance, a big citadel can be seen where Fuse lives. It is up to the hero to get to the citadel and take Fuse down and destroy Planet Fuse once and for all.
