Hades is the Lord of the Dead, King of the Underworld, and Hercules' arch-enemy.

Hades is currently at Prankster's Island to see about the Halloween Town issue. He is also friends with Flambo and (naturally enough) with Grim. Hades is taking a vacation from "lording it over the dead" and says he is going to calm down.
Trivia[]
- In Greek mythology, Hades is not perceived as a villain except in the story of the abduction of Persephone. Other than that, he is merely portrayed as the ruler of the dead.
- Besides his parts both the film and television version of Disney's Hercules, Hades is also one of the antagonists in the Kingdom Hearts series of videogames.
